Welcome to Dineze. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of Dineze’s web interfaces, corporate dashboards, portals, and hospitality concierge services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Booking & Reservation Policies

All bookings made via the Dineze Corporate Portal are subject to availability and the specific guidelines of the partner restaurants. Dineze acts as an intermediary, facilitating priority reservations. Users agree to respect reservation times and follow the cancellation terms detailed during confirmation.

2. Corporate Billing & Cancellations

Corporate plans are billed monthly as selected by the client. Late cancellations (typically within 24 hours of the reserved slot) or no-shows may incur charges as dictated by individual restaurant policy. Unified tax invoices are processed and delivered on the 1st working day of each month.

3. Fair Use & Platform Limitations

Dineze portals must only be used for legitimate corporate dining requirements. Sharing corporate login credentials with external entities, bulk scanning APIs, or violating platform security measures will result in immediate termination of the client account.

4. Limitation of Liability

Dineze works diligently to assure high food safety standards and exceptional restaurant services. However, Dineze does not assume liability for food allergies, kitchen preparation issues, or accidental closures on the part of partner dining establishments.
