Last Updated: May 24, 2026

Your privacy is extremely important to Dineze. This Privacy Policy details how we collect, store, share, and utilize your corporate account data when you book venues or interact with our portal interfaces.

1. Information We Collect

We collect corporate profile information (name, business email, contact number, role, corporate identity details), dietary preferences, reservation histories, event parameters, and financial records necessary for processed unified billing.

2. How We Share Data

Dineze only shares necessary event and dietary information with the corresponding partner restaurant where your booking resides to facilitate reservation management. We never sell, lease, or distribute your email database or employee directories to marketing aggregates.

3. Data Protection & Security

All transactions, credentials, and customer booking databases are encrypted end-to-end via Transport Layer Security (TLS) and industry-leading AES-256 protocols. Regular audits ensure database safety and strict access protocols inside our engineering ecosystem.

4. Cookies & Web Tracking

We utilize technical cookies to authenticate your active session and retain booking filters or local restaurant maps. You can adjust your browser cookie settings, but some advanced corporate portal functions might not render perfectly without them.
